Location: Lagos, Nigeria (on-site; core hours aligned with the broadcast schedule, plus field shoots across the city)
We're the team behind RadioNow — a Lagos radio station with a five-year track record across politics, the economy and culture — now in the middle of a transformation into a multi-platform news brand. We are where the news that shapes your money and your government becomes something you can understand, trust, and talk back to.
We are building a platform for people who want to have serious conversations about Nigeria and Nigerians: young, working people who want better lives and better government. We reach them live on 95.3 and across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and WhatsApp.
We are looking for people who take that audience seriously: rigorous, clear, and unafraid of a real conversation, on air and off.
Our promise is simple: to help you understand what the news really means for your life, with clarity, courage and care. What makes us different is how we do it, personality-led journalism that explains politics and business better than anyone, built for the internet from the first second, where you come for the news and stay for the substance. Trust is our product, so everything we make has to earn it.
We're hiring a Videographer to make our journalism look as good as it sounds.
We are turning a radio station into a video-first news brand, and the videographer is the person who makes that real. You are behind the camera for everything: the live studio shows, the field interviews, the vox pops, the behind-the-scenes moments. What you shoot becomes the live stream, the two-hour clips, the explainers and the packages the whole brand is judged on.
This is a building role. The studio is being redesigned around cameras as we speak, and you will help shape how we shoot: the angles, the lighting, the movement, the look. You will work with the studio manager and engineer on the in-studio rig, and hand clean, well-organised footage to the video editor fast enough to feed the two-hour pipeline.
